Today’s Obituaries—May 15: Bourgelais, Powers, Spirdione

Patrick C. Bourgelais, 74, of Merrimac, died peacefully Monday, May 13, at his home in Merrimac. He attended Haverhill Trade School and later worked as an engineer with Transitron in Wakefield, for 10 years. He would later be employed as a production control manager with Dynamics Research Corporation in Wilmington, for 30 years until his retirement. Services are private and in the care of The Grondin-Carnevale Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Ave., Haverhill.

Ryan J. Powers, 39, died suddenly on May 11 in Haverhill. Powers worked at Methuen’s Metal Crafters as a material handler. Calling hours are Thursday, May 16 from 4-7 p.m. at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Funeral services follow in the funeral home at 7 p.m.

Susan M. (Gaudette) Spirdione, 54, of Haverhill died unexpectedly Monday morning, May 13 at her residence. She was employed at various local food establishments and enjoyed crocheting, singing, music and attending concerts. Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Homes, Haverhill & Bradford.
