The Haverhill City Council Wednesday night approved a request by the Essex County Greenbelt Association for a conservation restriction on property located at 908 W. A 64-year-old motorcyclist died from injuries she received during a Wednesday crash in Plaistow, N.H., and the driver of a pickup truck was arrested after allegedly leaving the scene.
