Another fentanyl trafficking organization spanning Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine was disrupted Wednesday with six people, including alleged Andover and Lawrence dealers, arrested. Greater Lawrence Technical School students, working with the nonprofit Second Chance Cars, this week presented a refurbished Toyota Prius to a disabled veteran and her family.
