Haverhill voters largely stayed the course during Tuesday’s balloting—re-electing Mayor James J. Fiorentini, filling three City Council vacancies and installing three women and leaving the School Committee alone. Four Pentucket Regional High School seniors have been named “Commended Students” for the 2022 National Merit Scholarship Program. First of Two Haverhill Curbside Leaf Collections Takes Place Saturday

The city holds the first of two citywide curbside leaf pickup days this Saturday. All Haverhill households that receive curbside trash collection may put out open-top barrels or biodegradable paper leaf bags prior to 6 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 6.
