WHAV Spring Membership Drive Remembers Joe Clementi

Over the past 75 years, many future luminaries launched their careers at WHAV. One was Joe Clementi. He worked for WHDH radio and television for 25 years, but earlier worked at WHAV alongside Edwin V. Johnson, Gary LaPierre and others.

During WHAV’s Reunion of the Radio Stars in 2016, Clementi said “This job opened up and I was living in Lawrence at the time so it really worked out well. I spent two years here and had really a fun time.”

WHAV’s critical spring membership drive is down to the wire as the June 30 fiscal year deadline is just ahead. Help celebrate WHAV’s diamond jubilee with a birthday gift in support of Greater Haverhill’s only public radio station and nonprofit local news service. Just click here.
