It’s not just big corporate America, principles matter everywhere, including mom and pop shops, nonprofit organizations and, of course, even during one on one interactions.

Happily, most practice they preach. They believe in transparency, seek out local news and do their best to right the wrongs they see—not just in their pet projects, but in every conversation.
