Man, 48, in Hospital After Police Conduct Well-Being Check and Firefighters Extinguish Blaze

A Haverhill man was hospitalized Monday afternoon after, police said, he released natural gas and other flammables and started a fire at a multifamily Bradford home. Haverhill Police said officers were dispatched just before 2 p.m., to a Lockwood Street home where the 48-year-old resident reportedly threatened to harm himself and anyone who approached. Driver in Fatal Methuen Crash Pleads Not Guilty to All Charges, DA Names Two Who Died

A driver was arraigned Monday in connection with Saturday’s fatal crash on Interstate 495 in Methuen and the names of the two deceased were released.
