A 33-year-old Methuen man was arrested Wednesday in Boston for last Saturday morning’s murder of a man in Lawrence. Thomas A. Pizarro was arrested “without incident” by the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section, said Essex County District Attorney Paul F. Tucker’s office.
