Haverhill plans its second spring curbside leaf and grass clippings collection at the curb Saturday. Leaves and grass clippings should be bagged or in open barrels and on the curb by 6 a.m., Saturday. Bags and barrels must be limited to 40 pounds. Loose leaves, plastic bags, trash, brush and branches are not allowed.

Well, a new report by Pew Research Center confirms about eight in 10 Americans ages 12 and older listen to over-the-air radio, like 97.9 WHAV, in a given week. In 2022, 82% of Americans ages 12 and older listened to terrestrial radio in a given week, according to Nielsen Media Research data.
