Note: There has been a last-minute change of plans. Haverhill’s planned Christmas tree curbside collection, originally scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 8, has been postponed until next Saturday, Jan. 15.

In addition, some Haverhill trash collection routes have been delayed by the snow storm. For those whose scheduled pick up is Friday, but who are not visited by day’s end are advised to leave trash carts out for Saturday.

Haverhill is still planning to collect Christmas trees at the curbside tomorrow.

Pickups begin at 6 a.m. and residents are advised to have trees outside by the night before. There will be no make-up day.

Officials advise residents to remove lights and ornaments. No plastic bags, wreaths, swag, tree stands or artificial trees will be collected.
