Veterans Northeast Outreach Center, in support of Mass Military Support Foundation’s Food4Vets program is distributing its 1,000th box of meals to veterans at its pop-up empowerment center in Haverhill next Wednesday.
Food distribution begins at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 7, at Northern Essex Community College, 100 Elliot St., Haverhill.
Participants simply drive up, pop their trunk and receive food boxes with minimal contact.
