Ryan Turner of Haverhill is Newburyport Choral Society’s new music director and conductor. He is encouraging singers from throughout the area to get involved, noting they’ll learn from the experts and rehearse from home via Zoom.
Besides practicing from the safety and privacy of their own homes, the non-auditioned Newburyport Choral Society also promises singers interesting lectures from prominent composers and the chance to practice beautiful and inspiring music.
