A 27-year-old Lawrence man was charged with fentanyl trafficking and other drug charges following his arrest Wednesday.
Jose Perez-Rios was arrested by Haverhill Patrolman Jordan Bergevine just before 5 p.m., on Fondi Road, not far from the New Hampshire border.
Besides trafficking in fentanyl, Perez-Rios was charged with possession of drugs with intent to distribute, distribution of a class A drug, failing to stop for police, using a disguise to obstruct justice, marked lanes violation, negligent driving and destruction of property.
