One lane of I-495 north, between exits 48 and 49, will be closed Friday morning as part of ongoing construction.
The state Department of Transportation said the right lane closes from 6 a.m.-1 p.m. to allow the contractor to install steel beams on the new I-495 bridge over the Merrimack River.
