Merrimack Valley Hospice is offering free virtual grief support groups for individuals who have lost loved ones, but are unable to receive in-person help because of the current health crisis.

Groups allow members to express feelings and share memories with others who understand what they are going through. Meetings are offered on a biweekly basis via Zoom with each session led by licensed and credentialed bereavement staff. Groups take place Wednesdays, noon-1 p.m. and 6-7:30 p.m., and Thursdays, 10-11 a.m. and 5-6 p.m.

Sessions are tailored to meet the group’s needs, with such topics covered as the grief process, general loss and healing.

All groups are and open to the public. To learn more or register, call 978-552-4510.
