One lane in each direction along Interstate 495 will again close daytimes on different days this week as the bridge replacement project continues.
State transportation officials say a single right lane on the northbound side, between exits 48 and 49 in Haverhill, will close between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., through Wednesday, April 29. The closure is to allow for continued pier protection barrier and drainage work.
The closure of a single right lane on the southbound side, between exits 49 and 50 in Haverhill, takes place between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., from Tuesday, April 28, through Thursday, April 30. The closure is necessary for pier protection barrier work at the River Street overpass.
