Neil C. Miller, 77, of Haverhill, died Saturday, April 4 at Kaplan Family Hospice in Danvers. Services will be private. Complete notice will follow. Arrangements by Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main St., Haverhill.

John C. Burnell, 77, died April 4. Born in Haverhill, Burnell attended Haverhill High School. He was a machine operator at Borden Chemical and Vernon Plastics and worked at the former Al’s Place in Haverhill, eventually working as a porter at Hannah Duston Healthcare. After retiring he worked as a crossing guard at Walnut Square Elementary School and was an active member of the Hamilton-Wenham Grange. Services are private. Arrangements are by the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill.

Louis R. Ariel, 83, died March 26. Ariel attended Saint Joseph Grammar School and was a member of Haverhill Trade School Class of 1954. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard and was a member of All Saints Parish and the former Saint Joseph Parish. He was employed at Western Electric, AT&T Technologies and Lucent Technologies in North Andover until his retirement. He was a member of the Communication Worker of America and the Telephone Pioneers of America. Funeral services will be scheduled later and are in the care of Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill.

Cecile M. (Cormier) Huberdeau, 91, died April 3. Raised and educated in Haverhill, she attended Saint Joseph Grammar School and graduated from Haverhill High School with the Class of 1946.  Huberdeau worked at Phaneuf Insurance Agency and later at Mal’s Department Store. She was a lifelong member of All Saint’s Parish of Haverhill and the former Saint Joseph Parish. Services are private. A memorial Mass will be scheduled in All Saints Church, Haverhill.

Ervin Joseph Marchand, 68, died Sunday, March 29. Born in Haverhill, Marchand served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked as a roofer and as a truck driver for two local companies until his retirement. Services with interment in Plaistow Cemetery will be held at a future.
