Arthur “Artie” O. Dalton III, 44, of Haverhill, died Sunday March 1, at home in the presence of his mother. Raised and educated in Haverhill, he excelled as a finish carpenter and was most recently employed in Boston. He was a proud Boy Scout growing up. Visitation is Sunday, March 8, at Driscoll Fu
