The Fourth Annual Shamrock Shootout adult hockey tournament, benefitting Leukemia research and aid to families, takes place in Haverhill near the end of the month.
There will be 10 games over two days. The tournament takes place Saturday and Sunday, March 28 and 29, from 2 to 8 p.m., at Haverhill’s Veterans Memorial Skating Rink, 229 Brook St., adjacent to Haverhill High School.
Admission is free. Player entry fees and raffle items will be used to support the Reid Landry Garrant Foundation, a nonprofit corporation that supports Leukemia research and aid to families dealing with the disease. Donations at the door will also be welcomed.
