Temple Emanu-El is holding its annual Scout Shabbat service on Friday, Feb.7, 7 p.m., at 514 Main St., Haverhill, as part of its standard Friday night Shabbat service.
The date coincides with the founding of the Boy Scouts of America on Feb. 8, 1910.
This free event is open to all Scouts, regardless of religious affiliation. Scouts can pre-register before Jan. 31 by calling 603-382-5927, or by emailing [email protected]. Scouts who pre-register will receive a commemorative patch.
