Lena M. (Coppola) Dionne, 87, of Haverhill, wife of the late Roger A. Dionne, died Jan, 4, at Penacook Place with her son by her side. She was raised and educated in the Haverhill School system and lived in Haverhill most of her life. She was a foreman at the Chaucer Leather Company as a young woman. She was involved in running the ARC Special Needs Bowling League and was instrumental in their monthly dances. Calling hours are Friday, Jan. 10, from 4-7 p.m., at Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. A funeral service follows in the funeral home at 7. Burial is private.
Mary A. (Flaherty) Greenwood, 87, of Haverhill, wife of the late Robert Greenwood, died Jan. 6, at Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, surrounded by her family. Raised and educated in Haverhill, she attended Sacred Hearts School and Haverhill High School. She began her career in the Haverhill shoe industry, then moved to the former Western Electric, AT& T, and retiring from Lucent Technologies after 25 years. Funeral services are private.
