A 23-year-old Lawrence man was taken into custody in Haverhill last night, charged with cocaine trafficking. Ivan Garcia was arrested near 80 8th Ave., shortly before 8 p.m. He was also charged with drug possession upon his arrest by Patrolman Matthew Woodman. Garcia is expected to be arraigne
