Richard E. Noyes, 79, a longtime resident of Hampstead and East Hampstead, N.H., and formerly of Haverhill, died Nov. 17, at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack, N.H. He was raised and educated in Haverhill and attended Haverhill Trade School, graduating with the class of 1959. He served in the United States Army as a Specialist 4th Class during the Vietnam War. Noyes was a union carpenter and worked for local contractors and for the National Door Company. His life celebration is Friday, Nov,22, from 4-6 p.m., at Brookside Chapel and Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, N.H. His funeral service follows at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home followed by the rendering of military funeral honors by the U. S. Army.
