Tia Catrina (Smith) Chartier, 53, died Nov. 15, at her home in Haverhill. Raised and educated in Haverhill, she was a graduate of Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School, specializing in hairdressing, class of 1984. She was a hairdresser, sold real estate, opened her own home day care center and was also a social worker at the YWCA. A celebration of life is Sunday, Nov. 24, from noon-4 p.m., with a service at 1 p.m. at Wilbur Comeau American Legion, Post 4, 1314 Main St., Haverhill. Arrangements are by Kevin B.
