Haverhill Public Meetings: Week of Nov. 4

The public has opportunities to shape policy this week as various Haverhill boards meet. In the interest of transparency in government, WHAV provides this list of upcoming meetings every week.

Monday, Nov. 4

The Hillview Montessori Charter Public School’s Building Subcommittee meets at 4 p.m. at 75 Foundation Ave., to review regular business.

Tuesday, Nov. 5

Tuesday is Election Day in Haverhill. Haverhill Public Schools are closed and polls are open from 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Stay with 97.9 WHAV FM for full election coverage on air and online at WHAV.net.

Haverhill’s Board of Assessors holds a 9 a.m. session in room 115 of City Hall, 4 Summer St., to review vehicle excise warrants and other regular agenda items.

The Haverhill City Council does not meet this week.

Wednesday, Nov. 6

Hillview Montessori’s development committee gathers at the school, 75 Foundation Ave., at 2:30 p.m.

The Haverhill Cultural Council hosts a grant-themed question and answer session starting at 6:30 p.m. at the 10 Welcome St. Citizens Center during the group’s monthly meeting.

Thursday, Nov. 7

Hillview Montessori’s committee on trustees reviews new business during a 2:30 p.m. meeting at 75 Foundation Ave.

Mayor James J. Fiorentini invites the public to attend the latest meeting of the city’s Vision Haverhill 2035 Master Plan Committee at Consentino School, 685 Washington St.
