A single right lane closure on Haverhill’s Interstate 495 North between exits 48 and 49 takes place on Wednesday, Oct. 23 between 9 a.m.-1 p.m. as part of the latest bridge work, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation has announced. During those hours, the contractor will place concrete mix adjacent to I-495 under the Industrial Avenue overpass to construct a pier protection barrier.
