City Councilor John A. Michitson hosts a campaign rally Wednesday, Oct. 9 at Maria’s Restaurant, 81 Essex St., from 5:30-8 p.m. The event also doubles as a fundraiser for the Washington Street MakeIT Maker Space.
Michitson and the other eight city councilors are all up for re-election this fall when Haverhill’s municipal election takes place on Tuesday, Nov. 5. Voters will also cast ballots for mayor and School Committee on that date.
