Plan ahead, Haverhill! Demolition of the Interstate 495 Northbound bridge is set to begin on Monday, Oct. 7 and run for the next four to six weeks, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation tells WHAV in a statement.
Pavement and concrete deck removal will take place Monday through Friday between 6 a.m.-10 p.m. and noise levels will be monitored during the construction work.
