Officers from the Haverhill Police Department are offering free car seat installations and safety checks at the Target store, 35 Computer Drive, on Sunday, Oct. 6 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. They’ll also be able to discuss car seat and seat belt safety laws with parents, the department said. No appointments are necessary.
