Haverhill Police have taken to social media in hopes of identifying a man they want to question in connection with an Aug. 16 fire at 60 Railroad St.
Releasing surveillance images online Monday, police are looking to question the man seen in the area wearing shorts and a T-shirt. He was riding a bicycle and wore a baseball cap instead of a helmet.
