Democratic Presidential Hopeful Sestak at Haverhill Democratic Breakfast Saturday

Joe Sestak is a retired three-star U.S. Navy admiral, represented Pennsylvania’s seventh congressional district in from 2007 to 2011 and was the Democratic nominee for the U.S. Senate in 2010.

A Democratic presidential hopeful, Admiral Joe Sestak, is joining Haverhill Democrats for their annual breakfast Saturday morning.

Sestak is a retired three-star U.S. Navy admiral, represented Pennsylvania’s seventh congressional district in from 2007 to 2011 and was the Democratic nominee for the U.S. Senate in 2010.

The breakfast takes place Saturday, Sept. 7 from 10-11:30 a.m. at the Galleria Banquet Room of Maria’s Restaurant, 85 Essex St., Haverhill. The keynote speaker is U.S. Rep. Lori Trahan. Joe Sestak is a former U.S. Representative from Pennsylvania and three-star U.S. Navy admiral who is running for President to restore accountability to our country.

Local candidates for the Nov. 5, election have also been invited and will be recognized during the breakfast. The committee is also recognizing State Rep. Linda Dean Campbell and Haverhill’s Latino Coalition.

Open to the public, tickets are $25 each. Those purchasing a ticket will also have an opportunity to vote in a straw poll for the 2020 Democratic presidential candidates and the 2019 municipal races.
