Today’s Obituaries- Aug. 13: Champagne, Harriman, O’Brien

Linda I. (Judson) Champagne, 74, of Groveland, died Friday, Aug. 9. Born in Haverhill, Champagne spent most of her life in Groveland, graduating from Pentucket High School in 1962. She worked for more than 50 years as a secretary at Norwood Insurance Agency in Groveland. Calling hours are Wednesday, Aug. 14, from 4-7 p.m. at H.L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 South Main St., Bradford. Funeral services start Thursday, August 15, at 9 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church, 114 Center St., Groveland. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Groveland.

Arlene R. (Marchisio) Harriman, 95, formerly of Bradford, died Friday, Aug. 9, in Sandwich, I.L. She was born in Haverhill and was educated in the Groveland school system. Harriman was employed at the former Tannery, South Summer St., Bradford.  Visitation is on Friday, Aug. 16, from 9 -10:30 a.m. at H.L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 South Main St., Bradford, followed by a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Patrick’s Church, 114 Center St., Groveland. Burial is in Elmwood Cemetery, 96 Salem St., Bradford.

William T. O’Brien, 82, of Haverhill, died Aug. 9 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Born in Haverhill, he graduated Haverhill High School in 1955. After graduation, he enlisted in the United States Air Force Reserves and was later employed at the former Western Electric and Lucent Technologies. Calling hours are Wednesday, Aug. 14 from4-7 p.m. at Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Funeral services are Thursday in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Burial follows in St. James Cemetery, 360 Primrose Ave., Haverhill.
