Northern Essex Community College’s College of Older Learners is planning a showcase for those age 50 and older to learn about programs being offered in the fall. The showcase is on Wednesday, Sept. 4, from 2-4 p.m. at the Hartleb Technology Center on Northern Essex’s Haverhill campus, 100 Elliot St.
