Haverhill’s Jaffarian Volvo Toyota is asking community members to contribute school supplies to their fourth annual back-to-school drive benefiting Emmaus.
Ahead of Haverhill students’ first day of school on Aug. 27, the River Street car dealership is collecting items to distribute to families with children who use the shelter’s services.
Suggested items include backpacks, folders, writing supplies and binders. Donations may be dropped off at Jaffarian’s showroom, 600 River St., Haverhill, or purchased online through an Amazon.com wish list. Donations must be received no later than Aug. 18.
