Today’s Obituaries—July 18: Duffy, Lund

Sean Anthony Duffy, 32, of Bradford, died Monday, July 15, at Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, after a long illness. Educated in the Haverhill school system, Duffy graduated from Haverhill High School, class of 2004 and attended Northern Essex Community College where he studied computer science. An avid sports fan and player of several sports including hockey and baseball, Duffy worked at Taco Bell in Salem, N.H. Calling hours are Monday, July 22 from 4-5:30 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 South Main St., Bradford, followed by a funeral service at 5:45 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial is private and at the convenience of the family.

Thomas “Tommy” P. Lund died peacefully at Avita Assisted Living in Newburyport on July 17. Born in Worcester, he also lived in Boxford, Merrimac and Amesbury. A U.S. Army veteran, Lund worked for the FDIC. Visiting hours are Monday, July 22 from 10 a.m.-noon at Paul C. Rogers Family Funeral Home, 36 West Main St., Merrimac, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 p.m. at the Merrimacport United Methodist Church, 39 High St., Merrimac. Burial of both Lund and his wife Barbara follows immediately at Locust Grove Cemetery, Merrimac.
