Teachers have a massive impact on the lives of children and the Haverhill YMCA is preparing to honor influential educators in Haverhill. In addition to receiving the award, the chosen Educator of the Year will also be granted a citation from the city of Haverhill and a donation that will go toward technology and improvements in their classroom.
The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at Northern Essex Community College. Nominations may be mailed to the attention of Colette Ekman at the Haverhill YMCA, 81 Winter St., Haverhill, MA 01830 or emailed to [email protected]
