The city’s Rocks Village area welcomes all Haverhill residents to explore its neighborhood during a Saturday, May 4 open house event from 3-6 p.m.
Held at the Hand Tub House, 1 River Road, the free event also includes an art show, tour of the Toll House Museum and light refreshments.
