The Methuen Fire Department is celebrating a $1,800 donation made to the 3-11 Foundation to provide medical care to wounded, ill and injured Marines after the conclusion of their two-month sale of 2019 firefighter calendars.

Photographer Nancy Reardon captured the men and women of the Methuen Fire Department at various locations in the city for the 12-month calendar backed by Fire Chief Timothy Sheehy.

Retired Methuen Firefighter Steve Battle, a Marine veteran, accepted the donation on behalf of the 3-11 Foundation. Battle currently serves on the charity’s board.
