As the Stop & Shop supermarket strike continues, Merrimack Valley labor activist and retired union leader Stephen Lewis hopes to share messages of struggling workers in his newest poster exhibit at the Boston Statehouse, 24 Beacon St., staged the week of April 22.
Sponsored by Methuen state Sen. Diana DiZoglio, the collection of international labor posters is available for viewing free of charge on the fourth floor of the Statehouse outside the House Chamber, DiZoglio’s office said. The exhibit is also backed in part by Roofers Local 33 and the Greater Boston Labor Council.
