Haverhill’s UMass Lowell Innovation Hub is continuing its free Entrepreneur Development Series with a financial management program next week.

“Raise It, Structure It, Manage It: Understanding Financing and Accounting” takes place Wednesday, April 10, at 6 p.m., at the iHub, 2 Merrimack St., third floor, Haverhill. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for networking.

Stephen “Zam” Zamierowski, managing director at Deloitte, breaks down key issues related to raising money, managing capital and effective accounting necessary for businesses to succeed. Zamierowski is a member of Deloitte’s New England technology and life sciences practice. As director of the Tech-Venture Center, he helps entrepreneurs form the professional service and capital foundations for their companies. Before joining Deloitte, he was vice president of marketing for a software startup. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of senior marketing and product management positions at Data General, Progress Software and Interleaf. He began his career as a market analyst with International Data Corporation.
