Situational awareness and defense tactics are on the agenda during a free safety seminar at Haverhill’s Paul T. Gilmartin Memorial Ice Arena on Wednesday, Feb. 27.

Held from 6:30-7:30 p.m., the program features commentary from The Movement Strength and Conditioning’s Charles S. Crayton Jr. and Cleveland Coats Jr.

Crayton, a 35-year martial arts instructor, and retired Massachusetts State Police sergeant Coates, who is trained in active shooter protocols, are also offering a three night hands’ on course in March.

To RSVP for Feb. 27’s free session, contact Crayton at 339-223-7404.
