Rosemarie W. (Waugh) Hardy, 62, passed peacefully on Feb. 8 at the Kaplan Hospice House in Danvers with her family by her side. A volunteer at Blue Ocean Music Hall in Salisbury, Hardy was employed at Marshalls and Home Goods for many years. A celebration of her life is planned for Saturday, Feb. 16
