Rosemarie W. (Waugh) Hardy, 62, passed peacefully on Feb. 8 at the Kaplan Hospice House in Danvers with her family by her side. A volunteer at Blue Ocean Music Hall in Salisbury, Hardy was employed at Marshalls and Home Goods for many years. A celebration of her life is planned for Saturday, Feb. 16 at 11 a.m. at the Rock Church, 146 Main St., Amesbury. Arrangements are by the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill.
Sister Mildred Teresa Malone, CSJ (Sister John Berchmans), in her 74th year as a beloved member of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Boston, died Friday, Feb. 8. Malone served as the director of religious education at St. Rita Parish and All Saints Parish in Haverhill. Visiting hours at Holy Spirit Chapel, Bethany Health Care Center, 97 Bethany Road, Framingham, are Wednesday, Feb. 15 from 9:15-10:15 a.m. A prayer service at 10:15 a.m. is followed by a Funeral Mass and Prayers of Final Commendation at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery in Natick. Helen Depoian Pashigian died peacefully at her home in Bradford after a long battle with dementia on Feb. 2. She was 95. She was a former substitute teacher in Haverhill and held various offices in the Haverhill College Club, Hale Hospital Auxiliary, Haverhill Day Nursery and the Winnekenni Foundation. A private burial will be held at the request of the family. Arrangements are by the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Homes, Haverhill & Bradford.
