Lucas M. Costello, 22, of Kingston, N.H., and born in Haverhill, died Feb. 6. He was employed at Foss Manufacturing in Hampton, N.H., as a machine operator. Family and friends are invited to calling hours Wednesday, Feb. 13, from 4-7 p.m., at Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Funeral services begin Thursday morning at 9, at the funeral home, with a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at All Saints Church, 120 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill, at 10 a.m. Burial follows in St. James Cemetery, Primrose Street, Haverhill.

Carol (Theberge) Cruickshank, 80, of Haverhill, died Feb. 9, at Sutton Hill Nursing Home. She was the function manager at DiBurro’s of Ward Hill for more than 25 years. Visitation is Wednesday, Feb. 13, at Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 S. Main St., Haverhill, from 5-7 p.m. Catholic Funeral Rites will be offered at 7 p.m.

Debra A. Descoteaux, 61, of Salem, N.H., and formerly of Haverhill, died Feb. 7, at her home. She attended Haverhill High School and, for many years, she was employed at IMI Circuit Board Manufacturing. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours Tuesday, Feb. 12, from 10 a.m.-noon, at Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. A funeral service follows in the funeral home.

Harold A. “Sonny” Metthe, 83, a native and lifelong resident of Haverhill, died peacefully Feb. 8, at Wingate at Haverhill with his family by his side. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict, serving as a Seaman from 1952 until his honorable discharge in 1956, and was a recipient of the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. He continued service in the U.S. Naval Reserves until 1960. He also worked in the local shoe industry, Eastern Canvas Co., Merrimack Valley Security, Eagle Security and second shift supervisor of security at Northern Essex Community College, Lawrence Campus. He was also a member of the Haverhill Auxiliary Police Department and was appointed a provisional police officer. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his life celebration, Wednesday, Feb. 13, from 10 a.m.-Noon, at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill. His funeral service follows at 12:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial with Military Honors takes place in Saint James Cemetery, Haverhill, immediately after the funeral.

Geraldine M. Wynne, 84, of Haverhill, died Thursday, Feb. 7, at Holy Family Hospital in Haverhill. She was employed at John Hancock Insurance Co., Boston, and later worked for Western Electric, retiring in 1975. Family and friends are invited to visiting hours, Wednesday Feb. 13, from 4-7 p.m., at Grondin-Carnevale Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Ave. Haverhill. A private graveside service will be held at Saint Patrick’s Cemetery.
