A search warrant carried out on Haverhill’s Blaisdell Street Wednesday night led to the arrest of two city residents for alleged cocaine trafficking, WHAV has confirmed.

At 8:42 p.m. on Jan. 2, members of the Haverhill Police Narcotics Unit, with the assistance of the Gang Unit, entered the first floor of 97 Blaisdell St., on a court order. As a result, 25-year-old Roxanna Bautista and 36-year-old Nelson Santiago were arrested and charged with one count each of alleged cocaine trafficking, police said. Approximately 143.5 grams of a white powered substance believed to be cocaine was seized. Also seized was $3,005 dollars, believed to be drug proceeds.

Both Bautista and Santiago—who listed 97 Blaisdell St. as their home address—were also charged with one count of conspiracy to violate drug laws.
