Edward M. Petrycki, 66, Former Newspaper Pressman

Edward M. Petrycki, 66, of Bradford, died Saturday, Dec. 15, surrounded by his family, at Penacook Place Nursing Home, Haverhill.

He was born in Boston, Jan. 23, 1952, son of Helen (Shea) Petrycki of Bradford and the late Edward T. Petrycki. Educated in the Roslindale school system, Petrycki graduated from Roslindale High School, class of 1970. For more than 40 years he was employed as a pressman for the Eagle-Tribune and Boston Herald. He enjoyed skiing, tennis and playing guitar.

Besides his mother, his survivors include his wife of 42 years, Karen (Lynch) Petrycki of Bradford, and their children, Michael Petrycki of Bradford, Elizabeth and her husband Daniel Foley of Bradford, Timothy and his wife Kristy Petrycki of Hudson, N.H.; siblings, Stephen and his wife Ann Marie Petrycki of North Carolina, Marilyn Petrycki-Griffey of Bradford and Mark and his wife Joanie Petrycki of Florida; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours Saturday, Dec. 22, from noon-2:45 p.m., at H.L. Farmer and Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Bradford, followed by a funeral service at 3 at the funeral home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
