Matthew Paul Bartlett, 45, of Andover, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Dec.16 at Massachusetts General Hospital. Born and raised in Newburyport, Bartlett attended Newburyport Public Schools through middle school. He also attended the Spaulding Youth Special Education School in Tilton
