A 38-year-old Haverhill man was arrested by transit police Monday afternoon, charged with urinating on a crowded commuter rail train headed to North Station.
Keith Comeau was taken into custody just after 2 p.m. Dec. 3 after transit police responded to a call of a male exposing himself. According to witnesses, Comeau “inexplicably” stood at the head of the train car, lowered his pants and underpants, exposing his genitals and urinating as 30 riders looked on.
Comeau was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness, transit police said.
