Let’s hear a W, an I and an N for the Haverhill High School cheerleaders! The Hillie pep squad scored a victory at the 2018 Fall Cheerleading State Championship in Worcester over the weekend, bringing a Division 1 North Regional championship back to Haverhill.
The brown and gold pom pom powerhouses will now prepare for the upcoming national championships in Dallas.
Tryouts for the winter cheerleading team take place next week on Monday, Nov. 26 and Tuesday, Nov. 27 from 4-6 p.m. and Thursday, Nov. 29 from 4-7 p.m. in the back gym of Haverhill High School. Participants must attend all three sessions to be considered for a spot.
