Sandra L. Williams, 74, Worked at Exeter Hospital

Sandra L. Williams, 74, of Haverhill passed away peacefully on Saturday, Nov. 3, at the Lahey Medical Center in Burlington.

She was born in Haverhill on July 17, 1944 the daughter of the late Almon W. and Helen (Janes) Hartford.

Educated in the Haverhill school system, Williams was employed at the Exeter Hospital for many years. She loved spending time with her husband, her children, grandchildren and her dog Whoopie. She loved shopping, bingo, eating at diners and feeding carrots to her neighbor’s horses. She also loved zoos and all animals. She loved going to Rocks Village Church and helping those less fortunate.

Williams was predeceased by her brothers, Almon W. Jr., Charles, Herbert and George Hartford, and her sisters Wanda M. Milette and Ella Morgan.

She is survived by her husband Richard Williams of Haverhill, her children, Herbert and his husband Michael Cisler of Bradenton, Fla., Shane Milette and his partner Jessie Wright of Springfield, George Milette of South Carolina, Derek Milette of South Carolina, Kevin Milette of Florida, Theresa Clifford and her former husband Perry of Haverhill, a sister Helen “Beana” Casey of Lawrence, 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours on Wednesday, Nov. 7, from 5-7 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill. Her funeral service and burial will be private and at the convenience of her family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MSPCA at Nevins Farm, 400 Broadway, Methuen MA 01844.
